Note: User referred to in this agreement is you, the end user of this site.

1) Access to site: The user is at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in the community and has the legal right ot possess adult material. The user knows and understands the standards and laws of his/her community as well as the site and computer from which they are viewing this site, and are solely responsible for their actions. As the site may contain adult content, the user does not find images of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts, or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable. The user will not sell and/or in any way redistribute the contents of this site. The user will not attempt to bypass any security and/or access feature of this site. The user acknowledges and accepts that he/she may be in violation of local and federal laws and is solely responsible for their actions. By entering any page of this site, the user releases and discharges the site, owners, operators, designers and creators of this site from any all liability claims.

2) Content of Submissions: The user shall not submit to this site any materials which (a) infringe the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of any third party; (b) libel, defame, invade privacy, or; (c) violate any law or regulation; (d) advocate illegal activity, or; (e) advertise or otherwise solicit funds or are a solicitation for goods or services. The user agrees to indemnify this site and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from user's submission of any materials in violation of the foregoing restrictions. The user will accept full responsibility for the resulting actions of any submissions made to or posted on the site. By posting to the website, the user grants us an irrevocable, transferable, and worldwide right to use, alter, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or make any other use of any of the materials communicated to us for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without any compensation to the user.

3) Signup Rewards: Signup for this user account entitles the user to a free trial of the site with an initial allotment of credits. These credits are non-redeemable for any cash value, and if the user wishes to continue using the site once the credits are used, the user may choose to acquire or purchase additional credits.

4) Taxation: Users of the site wishing to contribute or make a purchase from this site declare that they are not registered for GST/HST pursuant to the Excise Tax Act (Canada). Canadian residents agree to ensure that any home address information supplied is their active Canadian mailing address.

5) Consent of contact: Users consent to receive email alerts, reminders, or other contact from the site and operators.

6) Governing Law: Invalidity of Separable Provisions; Entire Agreement: This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, regardless of the place or places of its physical execution and performance. Any actions brought by the the site, operators, owners, designers and creators of this site or user based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in The Supreme Court of British Columbia or in a provincial court located in said jurisdiction. If any term or provision of this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other term or provision, and this Agreement shall be interpreted as if such term or provision had never been contained in this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of site owner, operators, owners, designers and creators and user with respect to its subject matter.
